Background

Jim comes from a long legacy in real estate. As a third-generation Realtor, he was raised around the industry and learned from generations of experience. His family established real estate and construction companies in the early 1900s, and his father later carried on the family business before merging with Windermere Real Estate. Jim’s mother also built an impressive career of her own, earning recognition as the top agent in Washington State and ranking among the top 10 agents in the nation multiple times.

Jim has been a licensed real estate professional for nearly 45 years. He began his career in the Seattle area and originally came to Spokane for what was expected to be a six-month opportunity helping launch a builder services division. Spokane quickly became home. Since 1996, Jim has consistently been recognized among the area’s leading agents and real estate teams.

Courtney brings a strong background in marketing, organization, and client service to The Lister Team. She earned her degree in Marketing from Eastern Washington University and has more than eight years of real estate experience, including six years with the team. Her combination of marketing knowledge, attention to detail, and hands-on transaction experience allows her to help clients confidently navigate every stage of the buying and selling process.

Scott is a seasoned real estate professional with 23 years of experience, including time as a Managing Broker. His depth of market knowledge, leadership background, and negotiation expertise allow him to navigate complex transactions with confidence and clarity. Known for his calm demeanor and strong communication, Scott is a dedicated advocate for his clients at every stage of the process.
